Thank you for shopping with Wine.Direct. We are committed to delivering your wine orders safely and efficiently.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We ship within Germany and to selected international destinations. The import of alcohol is subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that wine import is permitted in their country.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Germany: Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
• International: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Temperature-Sensitive Shipping Wine is temperature-sensitive. During extreme weather conditions, we may hold shipments to protect quality and will notify you by email of any delay.

Age Verification In accordance with German law, alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal drinking age. Our delivery partners will verify age upon delivery — if this cannot be confirmed, the delivery will not be completed.

Packaging All wines are carefully packed using protective packaging designed specifically for wine bottles to prevent breakage in transit.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@wine.direct.
